My experience at the hostel was great! Claudia and Oscar are wonderful people, always friendly and careful about your needs. During my stay, I was at the reception during the night shift, from 7pm to 12am. The tasks were very easy to learn and included welcoming guests at the hostal, check them in and prepare the tables for the breakfast the next day. Guests are from various countries, so you will be able to practice both your English and Spanish. Super recommended!!

The hostal was great, I even had my own room and in such an amazing location, I completely fell in Love with Puerto Natales and Patagonia. Work was super easy and fun as I love speaking to guests about their hikes and holiday. Most guests are English speakers and of course some Spanish speaking guests, I would say 80% English speakers to 20% Spanish speakers. very safe town and easy to walk around. You only work 5 hours a day 5 days a week and have weekends off to enjoy the local area.

Unfortunately I had to leave earlier, but María Claudia is a sweetheart; the place is quiet, private, close to everything, and a very complete experience to get to know Puerto Natales and all that Patagonia has to offer! María Claudia helps with everything you need and the work is done at a relaxed pace with good hours that allow you to easily explore the surroundings.

The volunteer program comes highly recommended; it was a peaceful and learning-filled experience.
The tasks were simple, the schedule was respected, and the food was delicious. The facilities were perfect, until I had a private room. Claudia and Oscar are very kind, respectful, and generous people. In addition, I am very grateful to be able to participate in wildlife-watching excursions.
