The Experience

My name is Raad. My family and I live in the village of Wadi Rum. We have a fully equipped camp in the desert to receive visitors and stay with us in the middle of our beautiful desert. We arrange jeep and camel tours and sleep under the stars. You can also join us. I am happy to receive volunteers here to get along with us here in the desert.

This experience was amazing! There was a great balance between work and play and Raad was super accommodating and ensured my stay was comfortable and worthwhile. Alongside socialising with other guests, he helped me immerse in local life I other wise might not have experienced. Highly recommended! Thanks Raad!

The place is kinda good but as the weather is so hot nowadays there is nothing to help you stay specially during the day, because the tents have no fan at least and Also no fridge so no cold water available, the host is uncooperative person so we don't actually recommend this experience to anyone else, or maybe in winter would be more easily, Maybe.

ami, when you contacted us, everything was explained to you about the weather, and when the weather is hot, you choose to stay in the village of Wadi Rum, where there is air conditioning and everything, but you did not accept and insisted on staying in the camp during the heat, so of course in the month of August the weather is hot and there is no Air conditioning in all desert camps. However, I consider this review only as revenge, because you were received on the basis that you have experience in photography and managing social networking sites, but unfortunately upon your arrival it turned out that you have no experience in that, and you do not even have a computer or a camera. You have a phone that is not good at all for filming. I hope you are honest in the information you provide here because this program is very beautiful to exchange cultures and help each other. You used to sleep in the middle of the night and wake up at noon, although the agreement was to start work at 9 am, out of respect for you. You are expelled because this is forbidden in our culture
