The Experience

I’m looking for some house help so I am able to focus on homeschooling my 6 year old. We are a family of four. Our son is 6 and daughter is 3. There is approximately 3 hours of help needed per day. Duties include emptying dishwasher and cleaning kitchen, vacuuming, dusting, folding laundry, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, playing with kids, tidying etc. Our kids usually wake up at 6:00-7:00 am and are not the quietest 😉

The experience with the home family was really nice. Erika is an admirable woman and mom, also she cooks amazing!. The family in general are really nice people, they make you feel really good in their place. The conection with the animals it was also a nice experience! I totally recommend the volunteer in their house.

It was a wonderful experience! Host's pictures correspond to reality! They have a nice room and bathroom for you! Whole family is very generous, friendly, fun and flexible. It is impossible not love them! About all the activities, Erika and Rocky explain very well everything that needs to be done. Definitely this is a place for those who love nature and country lifestyle. I already miss them a lot! I am sure, I will come back!

En principio venia para un mes y decidí quedarme otro. la casa es ideal si estas interesad@ en una estancia tranquila, con convivencia familiar para conocer un poco más el estilo de vida rural canadiense. La familia es muy acogedora y te hacen sentir como en casa, te incluyen en todas sus actividades, te facilitan todo lo que necesites y se esfuerzan en conocerte, siempre respetando tu privacidad. Para mí ha sido una experiencia muy interesante, divertida y enriquecedora. Me llevo muy buenos recuerdos. Sin duda alguna recomiendo la estadía con esta encantadora familia.
