I've been traveling for 5 months and this volunteering has been definitely one of the best experience of my trip. Farouk is a wonderful person, with beautiful values and gave his best to make me confortable. I've met so kind and welcoming people. I lived with Indonesian for 2 weeks, learned more about their culture, way of living, food… I visited many schools and everytime I loved it. The children are very happy to meet foreigners and speak English. I recommend you without any hesitation to apply for this volunteering, you won't be disappointed. Thank you so much to Farouk for everything.

It was indeed my lifetime experience and the most fruitful 2 weeks in my life! I can't thank enough my host Farouk and his family who welcomed me and took care of me! They treated me as a member of his family and now I have another lovely family in Pekanbaru! My activity was mainly to visit schools from elementary to university and culture exchange, introduction of Japan using presentation slides followed by Q&A. I really enjoyed interacting with students everyday! Each one of their enthusiastic faces full of curiosity and motivation is unforgettable! Hope to meet them again! Terima kasih!
