The Experience

Hi Worldpackers, we are a kiteboarding center in Panama and are looking for someone to work alongside the owner in creating more visual content. Looking for intermediate to advanced videographers/photographers that have a passion for creating content and sharing a good time at the beach. You will be able to create content for several platforms and unfold your creativity. looking forward to hearing from you.

Wow, what an unforgettable time at the surf camp kitecenter in Punta Chame. Ive been there for 5 weeks and whether you like it or not, after a few days you realize you have made so many new friends. From the boss Florian, your team and the guests to the locals there. I was working there as a waiter and behind the bar, with 2 days off a week and good colleagues to swap shifts with if needed (for kiting or other activities), was it more then fair. I would say a good mix of work and exploring Punta Chame. Thanks Florian for that amazing time.

My time in the surf camp was incredible. The people in Punta Chame are the best I ever met. From the team you work with, to the locals, everyone is super friendly and helpful. You get part of the Punta Chame family as soon as you step out of the car. Florian started to take care of me when i havent even left Germany already, so i felt super safe and welcome the whole time of my 10 week stay. I worked there as a waitress and I never had to complain once. The work scedule is more than fair. I can recommend volunteering there by my whole heart! Bianca
