The Experience

In addition to tagines, gamilla, couscous, and other Moroccan dishes you can learn how to cook, and we will all cook together for the volunteers and for ourselves. Every day one or two people can cook, and we will shift each day. We cook three meals a day and eat them together. On cold nights we eat inside, on warm nights we enjoy the sunset outside! Other general work will be performed by volunteers in addition to cooking.

Mohamed is a very nice person. He's open to speak and share his life, culture, family and more. We spent an amazing week, working with basically tasks at home like cleaning and helping him and his friend with works because they are building a new kitchen. In the morning we woke up at 9 and after breakfast we worked for 2-3 hours. In the morning he showed me amazing places. I felt at home with them, they cooked a lot of typical dishes and enjoying food all together.
