The Experience

I have a large shed that is now a storage place, but it could be anything else. I will find a place to store "useful" materials in other place. Your imagination and DIY skills could give this shed a new purpose. To create a cozy place where to spend time and make memories. Open to ideas and ready to help you to realize them ;)

My experience was amazing, I spent 2 weeks there and I had a good time. Basically working to make the place nicer, the host is super friendly and he has an young spirit and a lot of stories to share and inspire people. Of course I have to say about the Gym sessions and good beers to balance heheh I had a private room, the place is really cozy and easy to go to Riga. If you wanna connect with local culture and nature, for sure it's a good place to go. Andis has in mind what is the “volunteering life” and he gave me the opportunity to work in my time and also share my ideias. Thanks a lot

I had a great experience volunteering at the farm. Andis is a great host. Everything promised was delivered. He is super chilled, relaxed and gabr me autonomy to schedule my hours. I worked outdoors primarily, helping improve a gazebo near the pond, by laying and leveling the slabs and bricks. I also helped with some eaning at the guest house. the farm is a 35 min walk to town/ train station. Grocery store is 20 mins away. Train to Riga from Jelgava is 45 mins. I went to Riga multiple times to visit museums. I recommend for thiose who enjoy outdoor tasks and are keen on culture.
