We are looking for friendly people to help us with guest service and hospitality at our lodge. This includes cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Sometimes there might be maintenance tasks. In this warm and welcoming environment, set in a natural surrounding, enthusiastic volunteers will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

It's was a really beautiful and relaxing volunteering even 8hours passed faster and not hard to do it, super chill .I could spend more time with nature ) Alejandro and Cata are very friendly and helpful. Have 3 different shifts 8-16,10-18, or 16-00:00. Mostly I was volunteering from 10-18:00, near by a lot of beautiful places to visit ,volcan , trekking , have cats and dogs ) and guests are very friendly too

If you're looking to be away from the noise of the city, the hotel is the place to be. The property is literally located in/on a mountain and depending on where you're looking from it's possible to see 3 different volcanoes. The lodge itself is very well kept by their amazing full time staff. I truly enjoyed my time working with them and getting to know everyone as well. The hosts do their best to accommodate your needs and always respect the hours in which you are assigned to work. The work is not at all difficult! Treat the lodge with the same respect and care that they do and enjoy!

Muy buena experiencia de voluntariado en un lugar con mucha naturaleza, donde aprendí de plantas nativas, la cultura índigena mapuche, y labores de hotelería que servirán para la vida. Me sentí cómoda en mi estadía, un poco solitaria, pero acompañada de animales adorables! Espero que los proximos voluntarios les guste caminar harto como a mi, para el trayecto entre el hotel y la caseta donde pasa el bus, ya que es un trayecto largo, el cuál puedes disfrutar con todos tus sentidos! Doy gracias por llegar a este lugar, y gracias a Ale. I hope to return to these sacred lands.

Excelente primer experiencia de voluntariado. Sentirse como en casa, no te falta nada y el trabajo es medianamente relajado, hay días más fuertes pero siempre estás acompañado. Dónde dormir y qué comer ✅ Sobre el ambiente estás en el bosque, un poco alejado del pueblo pero con posibilidades para transportarse. Hermoso lugar para desconectar y conectar con uno mismo, muchos perros y gatos 😍

Fue una experiencia diferente a la que tuve por la plataforma, tenía muchas ganas de tener una como esta, pero no sabía cómo, fue cuando la tuve aquí y aprendí mucho con ella. Los primeros días me costó adaptarme a la vida en la montaña kjjjkk, pero despues se convirtió en una experiencia rica en reflexiones y conexión, con los perros, con el hotel, con la naturaleza y con la vida. Cata, Ale y el equipo siempre están dispuestos a ayudar, muy amables y receptivos. El voluntariado no es difícil ni pesado, solo se presta atención a los detalles. Lo recomiendo sin duda.
