I've really enjoyed my time here! The crew is lovely, and a special mention to Alfie, who is a great manager and makes a real difference to the team. Like anywhere, there were a few things to improve, but everything was handled together as a team, which made a big difference. The accommodation is comfortable and offers great privacy, and the location is very convenient, with easy access to the train station. Overall, I love being here and am really happy to be part of this experience!

The hostel Trips was such a cool, chill hostel nearby Amsterdam. Once I arrived Alfie gave such helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. The volunteer work is respectable, at times including making up the bunk beds, vacuuming, mopping etc. it's a team work effort which I love. I was also able to meet a lot of amazing people on the way including the other volunteers. Thanks so much for this experience and I recommend this one to anyone who wants a place to slow down. There's also a kitchen to use which is a bonus.

Alfie and all the other staff were incredibly kind and welcoming to the volunteers. The hostel always felt comfortable and safe, which made it really easy to settle in and enjoy my stay. There were around 5–6 volunteers staying and working together, so it was also a great opportunity to meet people and make new friends. The work itself was easy and manageable for anyone, even if you don't have much experience. Even though I only stayed for a month, I made so many unforgettable memories here. I'm really grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend this place!

After being a month and a half here I felt very welcomed by everyone in the staff and the volunteers too. Very open to invite me to do anything or just talk. Even though most of the time I was working besides the volunteering, we had good moments and lots of fun. Love you Alfie 🥸 🫂 I will miss our mates 🧉 in the morning.

I had the best time here and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to volunteer in Amsterdam!! The work was easy and hours respected, facilities were good but best of all was getting to meet all the awesome other volunteers and staff, it was great for socialising and meeting friends to explore Amsterdam with :))
