I felt very unsafe and ignored during my stay here. There is little to no communication from staff, no activities organised. I was even excluded from the staff lunch on national workers day. volunteers had to share a room with guests and i was not provided a safe locker. the staff let a delicuent girl on drugs into my room without notifying me and she stole my money. they did not give me much support despite my trauma and clear discomfort. the tasks were easy but unclear, other volunteers had to clarify and explain all my tasks. not the best location, there is no free bike/car to city

Good morning Tabita, we are unaware of all the negativity you share; from your arrival to your departure we were as kind, formal, and correct as possible, we were always attentive and in communication. There are decisions and actions of yours that were not the best and we spoke about them in person, such as not taking precautions and not taking care of your belongings. In response to an isolated incident, we were more than present and took care of everything, except for each person's mistakes. Our rooms are shared, not exclusive.

It was a very lovely experience, being able to meet so many travelers not only from Argentina, but from all over the world. However many of the travelers were Argentinian, that made the immersion into the culture deeper and made me fall in love with the country! The work itself was really chill. Of course there were tasks to fulfill but everything was explained by other volunteers and at the beginning you were put on shifts with others to see what and how to do things. The location is great, there's enough to do in the area and the workers at the hostel very kind and friendly as well.

It has been a pleasant experience for me in general. Those staff in the kitchen are caring, loving and energetic. Thank you Adri for taking extra step to help me with my Spanish. Also I wanna say thanks to the host Paula, she's flexible to let me work in areas that I was more interested in when the chance came. In terms of the environment, the little residential area across the highway is well deserve exploring. It welcomed me with greens and interesting stores ;) just remember to wash your clothes frequently by hand, as there is no washing machine on-site to do the batch laundry

I had a great time volunteering at the Beer Hotel, the location is incredible. It is a little bit out of town but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, the room was comfortable with a private bathroom and an amazing view of nature. The pool and lush courtyard were a bonus! The manager and staff were kind and welcoming, the shifts were 4 hours per day and consisted of basic tasks. Thanks for a lovely stay!
