At the moment we are changing our management team and not yet in the high season, so the work is pretty chilled! We need basic help with cleaning the rooms and bathrooms, with some painting and helping us in the reception. We are looking for people that are open to receive and give new ideas and that are no in a rush, we work like a team, not like chef and employee. It would be great to have you here to help our place to get back on track ;)

The hostel is in a great spot, about a 20-minute walk from Montañita. It's a super chill place to be out in nature. The facilities are good, you get unforgettable sunsets, and it's just steps from the beach. The shifts are well-organized too. Just a heads-up, the restaurant isn't running anymore, so tasks are split between the bar, reception, and keeping the common areas clean. The hosts are friendly, there's a kitchen ready for volunteers, and plenty of spots to eat and shops nearby.

Beautiful experience!
The place is peaceful and I can say that I saw the most amazing sunset ever. Task were sometimes chill, sometimes overwhelming ( depending on the season ) there are some yoga lessons that I took for free, in overall I can say that it was worth it!!

My time at the hostel has flown by in the blink of an eye! The team here made me feel like part of the family from the first day I arrived. In exchange for your help with the bar and housekeeping, you can wake up to the sound of the ocean and watch the most beautiful sunsets every night. The location offers shelter from the craziness of Montañita, but close enough for a 20 minute walk or 3 minute taxi. Pablo and Flor are incredible people and I am so grateful to have been welcomed here. If I could stay forever, I would.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hostel. The owners were so welcoming and made sure I was comfortable right away. There was a schedule sent for the week with shifts shared equally between volunteers, which was extremely helpful to plan activities in advance. As well, the hostel is located directly on the beach, so getting to enjoy sunrises and sunsets while being a 10 second walk from the ocean was definitely a highlight for me. Overall it was an amazing experience were I felt welcomed and respected with is a super chill atmosphere! 100% recommend! Thank you the hostel!
