The Experience

We are hoping to find some friendly volunteers to come and lend a hand at our lovely straw-bale home nestled in a beautiful food forest with plenty of wood around. Outside, we could use some help with trimming the embankment, mowing the garden, and collecting wood. Inside the house, we may need assistance with clay plastering and finishing, DIY projects related to our building, and general maintenance tasks. No previous experience is needed!

My time on the project was wonderful the work was quite simple mainly cutting wood, Stefano would cook lunches and even taught me and the other volunteers how to make some authentic dishes, i think if you want to get away and be out in nature, this is a wonderful place to do it

My experience in the project was amazing! Stefano is a lovely and charismatic person, he has a great sense of humor and is a great chef, he prepares an extraordinary Italian food. In addition, Stefano helped me a lot to improve my Italian, he is a good teacher, and with the other volunteers I could practice and improve my English. I will miss you.
