Rafa has already left us with a sense of longing; she is extremely polite, proactive, demonstrating gratitude for everything she receives, very open to learning, and hardworking. I only have good memories, and she left a touch of love in everything she did. I appreciate the opportunity to share experiences and lessons learned. The garden enclosure became even more beautiful with stones... please come back anytime, highly recommended, and I am sure she will leave a beautiful legacy wherever she goes...

I won't dispute the lack of education you described in your experience, but I will point out your issues
Work crisis - I don't know what you're contributing here since you haven't worked much on the project

Power outage - the site is in the middle of nowhere and when it rains it's totally normal for us to be without power; anyone with even a minimum amount of field experience would know that

Ride to the doctor - we asked beforehand if anyone had health problems and there were none, that's why it was accepted; the site is very far from the city and it wasn't the first time you made the project stop to take you to the city; we are not responsible for that, there are rules on the platform

Food -- I used to shop every 3 days and I have receipts for them; we offer 3 meals a day; you guys did not respect this and others as well; our gas ran out in 15 days due to excessive use; here it's rural, you can't buy gas whenever you want, it depends on many factors

You and your girlfriend will stay in the best room, for God's sake; who has to improve is you; just look at your reviews

Here it's volunteer work, not a spa

We, who were disappointed by this evaluation despite all our efforts, were dealing with a group that already had problems with commitment to the work and a history of issues with other hosts... during the leisure hours that were extended due to the holidays, and the lack of enthusiasm for work, the lack of proactivity to do the basics, fatigue was constant... we offered tours, a waterfall barbecue, parties, the best room in the house, transportation, and the work was only four hours and yet always started late and finished early, and we spoke with the group constantly to try to improve conditions and to achieve a better outcome for both sides, and you all decided to leave early because you did not understand the importance of the volunteer and collaborative spirit.
