The hostel is the best hostel I've ever stayed at. It's super clean, stylish, and located in the best part of Pereira. It's small and very quiet, perfect if you want some time to yourself (not so much if you're looking to party or meet lots of people). The job is straightforward if you have front desk experience; the shifts are short and usually at night. Juli, Janine, and Mrs. Alba are very friendly and make you feel welcome. I'm very grateful for the experience.

The hostel is a beautiful hostel in a calm neighborhood in Pereira. The garden is gorgeous. The work itself isnt difficult, I have limited experience with some of the technological aspects (mainly the booking platforms) so there was a learning curve for myself, but the staff were very patient and helpful. The hours I worked are in the afternoon with two days off giving me time to enjoy the city. My spanish isn't perfect, but everyone knew this and would speak in a way that I could understand. Very calm and enjoyable experience.

If you want to truly immerse yourself into Colombian culture in a super chill environment the hostel is your go to. The team is small, and you have ample chance to talk to staff and practice your Spanish. Juliana, Lizeth, and Alba are so lovely and Elizabeth is always there if you need anything (Even though she lives abroad, she is always there if you need anything) The hostel is not super busy, that means you are flexible with your tasks and hours. All is required is to be proactive, and show your interest to learn. I truly loved my stay here and highly recommended.

My experience volunteering at this hostel in Pereira was really good overall. The team here is super friendly and welcoming. The reception position was a nice mix of tasks: checking in guests, helping with reservations, and giving recommendations about local spots, coffee farms, and waterfalls around Pereira. The hostel itself has a chill vibe, clean, comfortable, and well-located. There are plenty of opportunities to explore nearby places like Salento, Filandia, and the coffee region. It’s a great place if you want a balance between working, learning, and enjoying nature and local culture.

AWESOME. That is the word that I would use for this experience. Everything was great. Juli and Liz are excellent people who are always willing to help you. They are polite, friendly, and diligent. I like the fact that my duties were clearly stated and communication was clear, so I never had any issues with anything. I really recommend this experience.
