This was my first time in Fukuoka and my first education-related volunteer project. Before coming, I feel a little bit nervous, but the students, staffs especially Maria and Chisato and other volunteers were all very warm and welcoming. I was especially touched by students, who were shy but still tried their best to communicate with us in English. Their courage and sincerity moved me deeply. Fukuoka was in the rainy season when I arrived, but the people and encounters made it full of sunshine. Thank you for having me! I'll always remember this experience and I'm sure I'll come back again!

I volunteered at Ohzora Club for 2 weeks and it felt too short! From the start, the staff makes you feel welcome and caring. They explain the guidelines and tasks clearly from day one. The accommodation is amazing, organized, and has a complete kitchen. The school and campuses are lovely; though they don't speak much English, it was a great challenge to break the barrier and meet interesting people. The students are the best part; they definitely make your day better. I'd love to come back to Ohzora to keep immersing myself in the Japanese culture. It's a must!

The four weeks in Fukuoka with Ohzora flew by so fast! I had so much fun talking to the students, participating in classes and teaching my own classes. Marianela, Chisato and Mica made me feel welcome right from the start, helped me and made my stay so easy and memorable. I met awesome volunteers, going on day trips and cooking together was so much fun! The shedule leaves enough time to explore Fukuoka and the shared house is comfortable. I learned so much, made a lot of memories and enjoyed getting to know everybody. I hope I can come back again one day! Danke ;)

It's a great experience to connect with the local students and learn about Ohzora school systems in Fukuoka. This program provides diverse activities e.g arts crafts, cooking, sports, hairstyling and grooming, music, recycling, small group speaking and etc for volunteers to engage with students. The accommodation is cozy and the volunteers there are all kind and friendly. Ohzora staffs are very welcoming and helpful. I had a good time in Ohzora campuses and enjoying every bit of my 2 weeks' stay in Fukuoka.

Awesome experience! Thanks Maria-san and chisato-san for making us feel so welcomed. You can go just as you are to participate in the student activities and to engage in conversations with them. If you have something you want to share (e - class or skill) that you can do so over an hour or so you can also bring it up to them! It's a great experience either way, I hope you get to experience it!
