I had a dynamic experience on the farm. I definitely learnt a lot on the farm, from gardening to some really hard skills related to building and breaking apart things :) Alx and the farm made me a part of their family and I was completely immersed in the day-to-day activities.

Not suitable for beginners, if you are ready to enter the army this is your place. If you do not have experience in multiple activities you will have to learn the hard way. You will have to be very undemanding about the food and the place, and your breaks will have to be requested a week in advance, If you are not doing an activity that is for the farm, Alx will shout at you from wherever he is so that you can start doing activities for his benefit regardless of the schedule. The best luck there !

I am grateful to Alex and Cathrine for sharing their home with me and for sharing some nice food, however I found this experience challenging due to conflicting points of view with the hosts. I did not feel listened to, or respected most of the time and there were unclear working hours. Some people have a great time here and can withstand the issues I had, however if you are quite independent, this may not be a place for you.
