I stayed at the organization for 10 days and they were wonderful! Celeste and Mariano were amazing hosts, very welcoming and warm, I really felt at home. My tasks were helping with the cleaning 5 days a week, the work felt reasonable and the hours were respected (the majority of the days it was less than 5 hours/day). When I arrived we came up with a schedule and decided about which days were my days off. The neighbourhood is very nice and safe, and there are bus stops very close by to get to the beach or other parts of the island. Lovely experience!

Apreciamos tu ayuda con la limpieza, y estamos contentos de que hayas encontrado las tareas razonables y respetuosas en cuanto a las horas. La organización del horario y los días libres fue importante para nosotros, y nos alegra que hayamos podido acordar algo que funcionara para ambos.

Nos alegra saber que disfrutaste del barrio, encontrándolo agradable y seguro. Además, esperamos que hayas aprovechado las cercanas paradas de autobús para explorar la playa y otras partes de la isla.

I spent two weeks at the organization and I had a lovely time. However, I was expecting to be coming to take part with their social project for Art & Culture but that wasn't so much the case sadly. There were two singing classes during the two weeks that I was asked to teach a 15min drama workshop/warm up. The rest of the work was cleaning the hostel, which I did 5 days a week. Although the work wasn't bad it was a shame as I had the expectation that I would be doing something creative. Despite this, the organization is in a beautiful area & I enjoyed my stay!

I have had an Incredible experience during my stay at the organization!! The Hosts Celeste and Mariano were so Nice and welcoming and I instantly felt right at home. I also had a great time getting to know and hanging out with the other volunteers and guests. We would all have lunch together each day and often spend the evenings and weekends doing various activities like beach trips and Barbecues with live music back at the house. I really enjoyed the work and looked forward to seeing the space transform each day. Thank you for Everything!!

Had such a great time! Celeste and Mariano are the most lovely hosts, they made me feel so at home and created a really warm environment. I also got along well with the other volunteers - everyone has lunch together every day which created a good team spirit. The location is good as it's just outside the historic city centre, and it's right next to a bus station so you can arrive to Las Canteras in 20 minutes. Although a little disorganised due to being a new project, the organisation improved greatly over the week I was there and I'm sure it will continue to. Thank you!!
