Hello from past experience with volunteers the standard Panamanian diet of rice and beans and chicken gets old quick, we ask or volunteers to pay 12$ a day so we can all enjoy a better quality of living. In return we offer less hours volunteering. Better food. Rides too and from town. Planned activities

The Experience

We bought this hostel abandoned and have done a bunch of renovations to it with volunteers help and alot of locals, we still have more construction to do but we are also opening up the hospitality side. Our volunteers help in many different ways. Help paint or help with construction. Since the construction is almost done we only require 15hrs per week and 4 days off, basically giving you time to enjoy
