My experience at the hostel was very positive. Some points of communication need to be corrected, but beyond that, I had incredible moments within the space. With much affection I thank Steph for her understanding and her incredible work, Sebas for his vibe, Diego for all his development in the kitchen. Luz, yess, Ari, guada, angie and lita (you are all amazing). The location is excellent with a spectacular view.

The volunteer companions welcomed me very well and the atmosphere was good, the communication with the host was not very good, it took me a while to respond, on some occasions I felt uncomfortable due to the lack of empathy, the activities were very simple and easy to carry out, the facilities weren't very good; the hostel is nice, it has a spectacular view of Cusco and breakfast is very tasty, the volunteers slept in another place, a separate house from the hostel, it has a kitchen but no refrigerator, an important detail if you plan to cook or store your food, the rooms are not comfortable, there are better places.

The hostel is a very nice place to stay!! I'm glad I worked with Mateo, he welcomed me with a lot of warmth and good energy. It was also very nice to connect with other workers, volunteers, and guests; I made very lovely friendships in Cusco🫶 One aspect to improve would be the organization of teams and processes in order to improve the customer experience!
