I loved getting to know the inn! Stephanie and Caio are really nice people and they respect a lot the volunteering arrangements. There we connect a lot with nature, there are critters that are super friendly too, everything is very beautiful there. The waterfall in the inn's backyard is spectacular! It's a pity that I arrived in a week when the weather changed absurdly and I ended up bringing forward my return home, but I will surely return soon with total certainty to explore more of the region. Gratitude to the hosts for the opportunity to contribute to the inn! ✨

The inn is a place of great peace, a place for those who seek to connect with nature and with themselves. Brown, the hosts' dog, is the best partner you'll have there. Everything is beautiful, you can go for a walk around. The activities are domestic chores, setting up breakfast (and thus having contact with the guests) and sometimes something on the patio… Stephanie always sent the tasks in advance, and if a specific time was needed, she is very organized about it, and that's good because you can plan your day. I really enjoyed the experience I had there!

The inn is a calm place but full of beauty, there are several trails to reach the waterfalls from the inn, the tasks are not heavy and the food is always tasty. The people are also very nice; Cris and Lua were the best companions I could have gotten! Brown is also the best guide! I recommend this volunteering and I always recommend asking questions, never take anything for granted. Thank you, lovely people! ⛰️❣️

A pousada Montes is one of those places you carry in your heart 💚 Sté and Caio welcomed me with a lot of affection and made me feel at home; for those who are traveling and far from family, this makes a big difference. They cared for me with a lot of affection and attention when I was sick. I am very grateful for all the exchanges and learnings. The place is amazing and has an indescribable peace; being near the waterfalls renews energies. It's the perfect place for those who want to reconnect with themselves. BROWN was the best canine companion I could have had in these days, and I felt privileged to have been part of this family ✨
