The Experience

Somos una familia con raíces indígenas de la sierra ecuatoriana. Compartirás las tareas de la granja familiar ayudando con el cuidado de los animales como gallinas, cerdo, cuyes y borrego y con las tareas de agricultura orgánica en el huerto familiar. En el vivero aprenderás mientras ayudas con tareas de jardinería, adecuaciones menores y manejo de plantas nativas, desde el procesamiento de la semilla hasta el mantenimiento de los árboles.

Foi uma experiência enriquecedora para mim, e muito positiva. Aprendi sobre a flora local e sobre o dia a dia em um viveiro. O local é gostoso de trabalhar, já que você estará imerso em plantas e flores, e ainda, a possibilidade de receber e distribuir carinho à 4 cachorras muito queridas. As instalações eram espaçosas e confortáveis, tive um quarto só para mim e a alimentação saborosa. Agradeço muito ao Luis e sua família, que me receberam sempre muito bem.

Este voluntariado superó mis expectativas, Ramiro y su familia me recibieron como una más de la familia, son muy amables todos, me dieron un cuarto privado, tienes cocina disponible para cuando quieras usarla, me gustaron mucho las comidas que cocinaba Anita y Don Prudencio. Se respetaron los tiempos de trabajo acordados, Ramiro es una persona muy comprensiva y flexible, aprendí mucho en la casa, a sembrar, mantener plantas, sobre abonos orgánicos, a podar árboles, reproducción de plantas por esquejes y mucho más...sin duda una experiencia que recordaré con mucho cariño, 100% recomendado!!

¡Mi paso por la casa fue genial! Ramiro me recibió muy bien y fue muy servicial y comprensivo. Aprendí mucho sobre las plantas y la familia me recibió como una de las suyas. Además, la comunicación fue muy fácil y no tuve ningún problema durante mi estancia. ¡Mil gracias Ramiro!😊😊
