I don't know where to begin to thank Lynn and Delta for opening their home up for us over Christmas, we had a gorgeous time sharing home-made food, stories, life experiences! Absolutely stunning home right in Katoomba amongst the most breathtaking views. It's going be hard to find an experience as pleasant on here for sure :) Meur ras Lynn a Delta! Diolch 🫶

Lynn was a very welcoming host! The tasks given to us were challenging at times but achievable in the hours we had. She invited us to join her for dinner a few times which was lovely. The place we stayed was lovely, we had a spacious bedroom and kitchen and lounge area which we shared between a few other volunteers. Overall we would definitely recommend staying at Lynn's, we had a good experience!

The time with Lynn and Delta was truly amazing. Their mission was to create a special Christmas for every one of us as well as some locals who are apart from their family and they succeeded in every possible sense. By inviting each and everyone to share recipes and skills we ended up having a multi-cultural holiday, making everyone feel like being at home. I spent a good week over Christmas in Katoomba at Lynn's home. We were 6 volunteers and had our own lovely furnished house, the accommodation was top-notch. Communication with the host was really good and they were flexible with times and activities. The Christmas days were truly special as we grew together to a little international family and the kindness and openness from the host and everyone else were incredible. Katoomba itself is also really worth seeing and the blue mountains are just stunning. The connection to nature over there made the experience even better!

Lynn and her daughter Delta are absolutely amazing! They are very kind and easy going. We had a lot of fun celebrating Christmas together! The work was very minimal and mostly consisted of cooking meals for everyone. We had plenty of free time to relax and explore Blue Mountains. There are lots of great hiking trails close to the house. Overall, I had an absolutely fantastic experience and would recommend it to everyone:)
