Cicera truly is a special place that I would suggest anyone visit, even if it’s just passing through. Staying there full time felt like a dream. Everyday you wake up to scenery that is breathtaking and wonderful, and on top of that you have the opportunity to walk the Camino! I made great friends in my time there and every member of the team truly looked out for each other. For anyone thinking about going here, stop thinking, just go! Buen Camino!

I'm very happy with my first volunteering experience. I found a beautiful place and good people. There are many nearby trails and you can enjoy the tranquility that nature offers. The cooking tasks were clear and I could learn more in this area. I wish the best to the whole team and I hope Otto's tavern has a long history serving pilgrims and bringing life to this lovely town.

Overall, the experience itself was good, with its good points and things to improve, but fine. The coordination of volunteering and equity among the whole team could be improved. From the first moment I was treated well and I had a good space to rest, individually. It has been another experience in my life that I would also recommend to others, especially because of the natural environment it offers that invites rest and disconnect during your free time. I have also been able to form some beautiful bonds with the residents in the town who are generally pleasant and cordial.
