Ah experiência foi horrível! Tiver que sair antes pois tivemos problemas na comunicação, ele foi bem machista! Disse a bela frase para mim e a outra voluntariada, "vocês são mulheres vocês ja sabe o que limpar" nao recebeu, quem me recebeu foi o chefe de cozinha! Não recomendo

persona conflictiva no recomendable, muy mala experiencia, sin educación, manipulando las dos chicas se pusieron de acuerdo para no hacer nada esta chica tomaba las cosas de la heladera sin permiso cerraba la terraza solo para ella y hablaba mal del lugar y del dueño con las huespedes mintiendo sin cumplir con su tarea.

Hay falta de comunicación desde el principio, cuando llegué no me explicó lo qué tenía que hacer y dónde encontrar las cosas. Sólo me dijo que tenía que encargarme de la limpieza por la mañana. No logra comunicarse y después de una semana vino a decirme de muy mala manera que no limpio, todo es sucio y que no respeté mis horarios(que nunca me fueron dados). Cuando pedí más explicaciones para intentar llegar a un acuerdo me respondió no hay nada que explicar, tienes que saberlo! Falta espíritu de voluntariado! la cocina casi nunca se puede usar porque es usada por el restaurante todos los día.

Esse foi meu primeiro voluntariado em hostel. Apliquei para a vaga divulgada - mídias sociais (Instagram etc), mas ao chegar lá fui surpreendida quando me disseram que não precisavam de ajuda com as mídias sociais que eles mesmo faziam tudo e que queriam ajuda com o restaurante, aí conversamos e no início o Juan estava um pouco inflexível (acredito que por falta de experiência), mas expliquei para ele que fui pela vaga divulgada e nos entendemos. Não fiz as mídias mas pediram que eu fizesse um cardápio digital para o restaurante. O Martin foi super legal e me acolheu muito bem! Foi legal!
