The Experience
Seeking courteous folx to help with projects like airlayering and caring for fruit trees, harvesting and heat treating bamboo and building with it, weeding, planting, making a hoop house and then setting up a HomeBioGas system, moving weedmat over cane grass, debranching and moving trees I cut and placing them on weedmat to hold it in place, and more. The most important qualities needed are an eagerness to learn and communicate clearly.

Brooke's the project is remote, raw, and will immerse you in the jungle. She needs and deserves hard work and compassionate communication. Be present, ask questions, and find fulfillment in getting dirty while tending the land. The work was challenging at times, but deeply fulfilling in the end.

Brooke needs your help, attention, and clarity on the land! Communicate beforehand—learn about the jungle, off-grid living, and what it entails. Don't hesitate to ask questions! Staying here taught us new ways to communicate and live harmoniously with nature. There's a deep story to be shared—bring awareness, softness, and compassion for the people, animals, and plants. Stay mindful and present to create a positive impact. The work isn't always easy, but tending the earth and living simply is incredibly rewarding. I hope you find this to be true!

Brooke is such a nice person ! she welcomed me with love, Joy and so much new stuff to learn ! I loved this experinece 💕 I think you should be open for new knowledge and hard work 💪 I would say that for sure comming here to help is a really good workout. I'm so grateful you enjoyed the work and I and the land are so grateful for your work, much of it has lasted longer than I anticipated, and the abiu trees doing much better now that all the weeds around them are cleared away! Thank you so much for pushing so many weeds over, and for all the other work you did as well!

I think this experience really reconnected me with nature, and I have learned a lot about myself as well you definitely get to learn a lot of things and it is truly beautiful Brooke is an amazing host and she is very communicative and knowledgeable. I enjoyed every moment spent with her. For the work part if you are comfortable with working outside in a hot climate.(it's not that bad.), working with your hands and being really considerate of what you're asked to help with then you should do just fine:))
