The experience was amazing! When we arrived we were asked if we wanted to go to the the school at the village, which is around 30km away, we accepted without knowing what to expect and couldn't have been happier. The village is quite remote and there is no wifi connection there, you will live with some of the teachers, which are so kind and helpful. The village is very peacefully and one morning we were taken on a little exploring tour around a temple and the pagoda. I would describe the volunteering as teaching though, instead of “assistant teaching”, but I really enjoyed my time there!

10/10. Thank you! Really loved it! the school in a small village, teaching children of different ages and levels, bonding with children, working together with local teachers, simple life, possibility to teach monks. If you show interest, you can be involved in more activities around the the school and daily routine

Myself and my partner recently volunteered at their town the school, we thoroughly enjoyed it and extended our stay. We did morning and afternoon classes allowing us to have the evenings to do whatever we fancied. Between the morning and afternoon classes we also had a couple of hours to allow us to do things also.

My partner and I volunteered at the the school Centre together and would definitely recommend the experience. Given the option we would recommend spending your time in the village the school, where we spent our second week. The children and staff are absolutely lovely and are happy to have you there. The food cooked by the local cook was delicious and catered for me and a fellow volunteer who were vegetarian. Being at the village also gave us the opportunity to teach English to the local Monks at the pagoda, which was a truly unique experience! Would definitely recommend, thank you Sa and team :)

Me and my partner stayed with this the school for 2 weeks, we spent one week and the city the school and one week at the village the school. We really enjoyed both places especially the village the school where we each the children in the afternoon and got to teach monks on the morning which was a great experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout the stay and the food that was cooked for us was lovely. We even got our own room at both the village and the city the school. I would recommend this place the children were all so friendly and the lesson plans were clearly explained.
