This was an amazing experience. I felt so safe, and the accommodation was lovely. Feli was an OUTSTANDING cook and gave amazing dinner recommendations and even gave us leftovers some days. I highly recommend this to anyone. The dogs and cats are incredibly loving, and you can tell how passionate Feli is about taking care of them and all the dogs in the city.

My two-week stay with Felicia was absolutely incredible. She is very welcoming and dedicated to the work. The dogs were so fun and easy to love! Since I visited during June, we also participated in Cusco's pet parade which was such a cool experience.

Felicia was an amazing host! She works incredibly hard everyday for both the animals and volunteers. It was really inspiring to see the work she does with the cats and dogs at the shelter, you can see the love and care she delivers all day, everyday. In addition, Felicia looks after the volunteers incredibly well by cooking great meals and having friendly conversations with you. The dogs and cats at the shelter are so sweet, each animal has their own unique personality that brings a smile to your face everyday. Thank you Felicia for your hospitality and kindness by sharing this experience!

This was a great experience! Felicia is amazing and works incredibly hard caring for the animals. Volunteers help through tasks like feeding animals, cleaning, carrying water for street dogs, preparing soup for the dogs, walking dogs, and helping with projects around the shelter. The schedule was very balanced the shelter few hours of work each morning and plenty of free time afterward to relax or explore Cusco. The volunteer apartment was comfortable and included hot water, Wi-Fi, laundry, and 2 meals a day. I absolutely recommend this opportunity! I hope to come back in the future :)

I really had the most wonderful two weeks at “Colitas Sin Techo” and would definitely recommend this to everyone visiting Cusco. It's so important to take some of your time once in a while and dedicate it to something as meaningful and important as this shelter. I learned a lot during my stay and was able to get to know a much more authentic side of the city. I loved all the dogs and cats and Felicia really is such an amazing and admirable person. The accommodation was super cozy and spacious and the food was fantastic. Would always always love to go back!!
