You are welcome to join this project and growing family where you have to take part in daily chores of cleaning and help with reception shifts or even organize activities . We want that everyone that is part of our team to have a great experience to remember. The volunteering team will normally consist of 3-4 people from all over the world.

I had a wonderful experience at the guest house. It's a beautiful place, and although there's a lot of work to do, it's also a very enjoyable place to be. The family and everyone working there are incredibly kind and welcoming. I had to leave earlier than planned due to personal reasons, but I'm truly grateful for the experience and for the time I spent there. I definitely recommend it!

I was agreed on 5h/day with 2 days off weekly for 1 month. After working 8 days straight, I took my 1st scheduled day off. The host confronted me for resting, said he needed full-time staff, and threw me out on the spot with zero notice. Dismissing a volunteer without notice in a remote location like Theth is unacceptable and unsafe. Rules were completely ignored.

Our host was lovely and treated us with great hospitality. We met many of the locals to which were friendly as well. It was a great experience to learn more about Albanian food, culture and people.

I recommend this volunteer program in Theth. Vlora and Pablin are very good hosts. The work schedule is well established and the food is very good. If you are looking for a destination to connect with nature and have an authentic experience, this is a very good place!
