The Experience

Join us in Santa Cruz la Laguna, Costa Rica, where Pura Vida thrives! Our spot includes a restaurant and cozy cabinas with a team of 14. We seek energetic, motivated all-rounders to help with various restaurant tasks and occasionally clean cabinas. Flexibility is essential. Animal lovers are a bonus—we have a lovely dog, Chiquita, who needs care when I'm away. Perfect for simple living, 5-min walk to the beach, and surf lovers.

No recomiendo esta experiencia, me sentí inconfortable, poco respetado, lugar no era él de las fotos cuando llegué, trabajo distinto al que se ofrece, no se proveé agua caliente, siento que no se comprende el intercambio voluntariado que se realiza, infelizmente mí primera experiencia negativa en la plataforma. Gracias al equipo de la pousada. No recomiendo esta experiencia.

Claramente Franco no entiende como se manejan este tipo de intercambios. Vino sin nada de dinero y estaba desesperado por trabajar en otros lugares para poder vivir. Esto lo llevo a pedirme mas horas para poder trabajar en otros lugares. Como no le funciono y se fue sin previo aviso prefiere mentir para cubrir su mal desempeño y sus mentiras. Su novia, y a pedido de ella, se quedo trabajando con nosotros mas de un mes. Si fueramos tan malos, ella no nos habría solicitado continuar.
