The Experience

We like to think about our hostel as a place where travellers can relax, chat with welcoming people and get some useful information & tips for their travels around the country. For that we need a person who likes working with people and ready to answer all of the arising questions. Receptionist main tasks are: greet guests, check-in/out, answer phones/messages/emails and help our guests to have a wonderful hostel experience :)

Overall I enjoyed my time volunteering at the hostel. The staff was very supportive and warm. facilities and the vegan restaurant meet my expectations and I managed to have a god volunteer -l life balance, walking around Jordan and visiting traditional spots.

Working at the hostel has been one of my favorite experiences to date. The hosts are some of the kindest people I've ever met, all of the staff are wonderful, and the accommodation provided and location are great! I really loved that everyone worked together as a team, everyone was very welcoming, and they were always open to brainstorming new ideas together. If you pour in to them, they will pour equally in to you! If you're going to Jordan and want to stay for a while, this is the place to be ☺️
