Working as a volunteer at the lodge was a truly magical experience. Surrounded by the Amazon rainforest and contributing to making the place even more special, I had the chance to fully disconnect from the outside world. I was the only volunteer during my stay, which gave me the perfect opportunity to spend time with myself and embrace the calm of the jungle. Ana and Camille are incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything I needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an immersion in nature and a return to the simple things in life.

Spending a month in the jungle was a truly transformative experience. I learned so much about plants, animals, and the natural world, becoming a part of the jungle itself. Manuel was an incredible teacher—his knowledge of cooking, jungle behavior, and plant life was invaluable. The tasks were easy yet fulfilling, the food was delicious, and the company was fantastic. Every day felt like an adventure, and I left with a deep appreciation for the jungle and the wisdom it holds. Highly recommend this experience to anyone seeking connection with nature and a new way of living!

Life at the lodge is very different to what most people are used to, but that's what makes it special. It is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the jungle and with nature. The people at the lodge are extremely welcoming and considerate. I only speak English and they made sure I knew what was going on and made me feel included. The work is difficult but engaging, and your afternoons are yours to do what you please. My advice for future volunteers is to bring quick drying clothing and some soap, and to bring plenty of protection against mosquitos. Overall I had a wonderful experience here.

Overall experience. It is located in an incredible place; the forest and the facilities at disposal are excellent and welcoming (apart from the kitchen which is in questionable hygienic conditions). The work and the schedules were very respected and there is a lot of free time to be able to discover the forest and the surrounding communities.
Personally I found the relations with the hosts a bit difficult. All in all, it was a nice experience as far as being in the forest is concerned, not so much for human relationships.

The experience at the lodge was authentic and very intense. Living in the Amazon rainforest is a unique opportunity, but it requires flexibility and an adaptable spirit. The work is interesting, even if quite demanding. Since the center accommodates only a few volunteers at a time, the stay can be quite solitary. Some aspects, moreover, did not fully reflect what was described, both because some activities were not available or due to communication not always being straightforward. The added value of the experience remains the beauty of the places and the hospitality of the local communities.
