I had a lovely time at the farm luisant, and was honestly very sad to leave (I actually ended up extending my stay by a week because I fell in love with the place and lifestyle). The work is simple and hours are respected. Volunteers cook their own food together, and there are ingredients for basically any vegan/vegetarian dish one can think of! The farm itself is comfortable, and the surroundings are beautiful. Thank you Carole!! <3

Carole and everybody at the house were really friendly. Since the moment we arrived, we met and shared with the other volunteers. We did various tasks on the farm, so we were able to learn something new every day. The food was always very healthy, with lots of vegetables—it's a very healthy and unique lifestyle. Thank you, Carole, for the opportunity. See you next time! Tiago Saludes the farm petit poisson

Really cool way to learn about farming and be in nature. The work can definitely be hard. There are a lot of mold issues throughout the main apartment as well as in the caravans. The people I met were amazing and I think that will effect the experience a lot, because there are a lot of extra tasks here and you are required to cook lunch and clean for everyone on the farm - usually 2-3 hours extra work not included in the 25 hours. Carole is great, her mission is so cool, the house just needs the mold removed and more clarity about the hours! 5 people left early during my stay.

Sorry, Taliver but i really don't agree about the moisisture in the house. It's a new house made of wood and straw. when the team don't remove the hairs in the shower hole like i advice, water go out of the shower, and then it dry, and there is no moisisture left. we also had a pb once one year ago with our shower upstairs and it let on the wood and the paint some sign, but completley dry. so no pb of moisiture. in the caravan, the same, we had pb of rain coming in, so we had a roof over each.

We had a good time at the farm. The tasks were easy (planting, harvasting, but specially weeding). Working time was from 7am to 12pm, not flexible. My partner and I were working online while we were there, the Wi-Fi is reliable and there are a few secluded places to work in the house.

I really enjoyed my time at the farm. The tasks were varied and never too challenging. The food was always great and we had a lot of fun with the other volunteers. I personally wish I could of learned more from the host but I understand how busy she was and maybe some language barrier issues. I think with a slight improvement with communication (From both workers and volunteers) the experience could be ever better for everyone involved 🙂
