The Experience
Do you want to make an impact in our community? We are looking for an highly motivated volunteer to join our coliving in our second season of opening. Your role is to positively contribute to the dynamics of the coliving (up to 8 people in total) from all over the world (English is mandatory to correctly comunicate with everyone). Since we are located in a rural area, having a valid driving license will be a strong plus.

- Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

I've had the best first worldpackets experience here. Sabri and Fra were excellent hosts, the volunteer quarters are amazing and the work is straightforward. The coliving provides an excellent space to meet people as well as experience local culture. Despite being on a remote land we made lots of time to go and see the surrounding towns. the coliving is an incredible space and it was always a joy to be there.

I spent two weeks at the coliving this last summer, and it was a truly unique experience! I'm leaving with beautiful memories, special moments, and lasting friendships. Although the place is isolated, the entire group makes you feel at home. There were minor misunderstandings about my volunteer tasks, but nothing major—better communication from the start would improve the experience. Francesco and Sabrina are honest, kind people who put their hearts into this project which is invaluable. For those interested, it's definitely worth it :)

As 3 semanas que passei no coliving foram incríveis, conheci pessoas de vários lugares, tive experiências locais e pude explorar lugares lindos da Puglia. O trabalho foi bem flexível e os hosts Fran e Sabri são pessoas incríveis. É um lugar pra quem quer estar mais em contato com a natureza pois é mais afastado do centro, além de precisar ter senso de coletividade e gostar de estar sempre com pessoas.

Eu vou levar para toda a minha vida a experiência no coliving. Francesco guiou desde o primeiro dia tudo que era para ser feito e fazia reunião semanal para coletar e dar feedbacks de como estava sendo, sempre acolhendo novas ideias. O trabalho era flexível e tranquilo de encaixar na minha rotinha de trabalho remoto. o coliving fica 15 minutos afastado da cidade, mas com isso podíamos desfrutar de todos os benefícios da calmaria de morar no campo. Eu amei as 3 semanas que passei e se você tiver a oportunidade de ir, eu recomendo fortemente <3
