The Experience

There will be DIY, gardening, and painting work for the maintenance of the plot and the home. Some gardening knowledge would be helpful, though not required. Apply cement to cracks in the floor. - Paint the pergola and the metal structure. - Install raffia fabric on the fence. - Restore a Balinese bed, add wheels, weld the frame (welding skills not required). - Cover the greenhouse with plastic. - Replace the wood shed door. - Paint the wall.

I had a lovely volunteering experience at the Center and am grateful to Antonio and Natalia for welcoming me into their home. From the beginning, they were warm, respectful, and genuinely kind, creating an environment where I felt comfortable and appreciated. Communication was always clear, and they treated me with consideration and respect. The work was fair and varied, and I enjoyed contributing while also having time to explore the beautiful surroundings of Granada. It was a rewarding experience that allowed me to learn new skills.

Well I think that in your own presentation it is clear that I am flexible and loving, but that you cannot stand being told how things should be done; you spent more than 30 minutes talking on the phone during working hours, in addition to not even knowing how to handle even a amocafre, and while painting you spilled the paint and stained everything, without the slightest care. Be careful the moment I told you that your attitude was not correct, since you did not collaborate in the preparation of the food; I had to continually tell you to help set and clear the table, you did not wash your dishes either, did you think you were in a hotel? It was when you all joined forces to not speak to me. Answered with "yes boss, whatever you say" "we'll do it as we please" etc. Ways that I am not going to consent to, which is why I invited you to leave the project. What is even meaner is that you have spread lies here to discredit me, about which I won't even comment.
