I had an overall great time and can definitely recommend it. There is plenty of time to explore the island, and the staff is very friendly.
During the off-season, Ban Hat Rin is generally very quiet. With a rented scooter, you can reach the other end of the island in about 40 minutes. The island is very pretty. There are several festivals spread across the island, and for most of them you receive free tickets.

All I came to Wet, I had no plan of how volunteer works, but I was able to settle in quickly and did my best to get involved. The team in front is super nice and I felt very comfortable. The sleeping place is now not a 5 star room, but full of life. You have to get involved. The work was also perfectly fine and har was fun. I'd love to come back soon :)
(Only the beds are extremely hard)

I had an amazing week at the Wet Hostel. It's the best volunteer experience I've ever had. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, caring, and full of good vibes. I had the chance to meet some wonderful people, and it's an experience I highly recommend to anyone who wants to help bring the place and its spirit to life. Thank you for these beautiful moments ❤️
