The Experience
Hola! We have a cozy house near Genil River, at Pinos Genil village, 7km away from Granada. There we make courses, conferences, parties and hosting for Warmshowers cyclists. We need volunteers to work on maintenance, gardening and building. We offer many works you may learn. We don’t sleep there but we spend the whole day working at the house. During the weekend you can come with us to do many outdoor activities like trekking, skiing, biking

I had a great time volunteering with David at this experience I got to meet some locals, hang out with and adventure with Ángeles (great cook) and help out with some of the renovations in the project! The location is great, with access to a bike this makes a fun way of getting around, bus nearby aswell, or a scenic walk to Granada if you feel obliged The electricity runs on solar so there are particular times to use certain equipment, keep this in mind as not always can you have power. But it is all apart of the experience and I am grateful for the time I got to spend here :)

We had a fantastic time at David's Casa! The flexible work hours and variety of tasks, from building a fence to helping Ángel mix cement, made the experience both enjoyable and rewarding. David was respectful of our time and made sure we felt welcome. The casa is in a charming village near Granada, so we loved exploring the city in our free time. Highly recommend this for anyone interested in DIY and house restoration! Thank you David!

Mi experiencia en Pinos Genil fue increíble! David y Ángeles me recibieron con los brazos abiertos! El voluntariado en sí es muy flexible, hay distintas tareas dependiendo de lo que quieras hacer (construcción, jardinería, pintura, etc). A David y Ángeles les gusta salir harto los fines de semana, así que puedes salir a explorar la zona con ellos. El lugar es hermoso, cerca de un río, muy tranquilo, ideal si te quieres desconectar un poco de la ciudad y el ruido jaja Volvería encantada al lugar!! Espero volver a encontrarlos por algún lugar del mundo David y Ángeles❤️
