The Experience

We want to finish our clay house by using local sustainable resources, sharing the space and food. The design is made to maximize passive energy use. We need to reactivate our gardens and regenerate the space after a fire that destroyed several buildings. We are looking for people who want to learn and enjoy the activities, with a willingness to share the experience and enjoyment.

This Worldpacker experience was truly incredible. I felt at home from the moment I got to the project. Yanina creates such a warm, welcoming and inclusive community. We got to learn, work, cook, and explore El Bolson together. Such a rich and close community atmosphere. Yani taught us the principles of agriculture while also helping us discover a better way of life. We had many great philosophical discussions which opened my mind to new ideas. This project was inspirational. the project and Yani are filled with unconditional love. Completely recommend, life changing experience. Lots of love ❤️

Community, thank you for reading. It is always difficult for me to write an evaluative review; many times I cannot express in words my experiences lived together. I will try... Parker has managed to integrate from the very first moment into our home and our dynamics, and has an excellent predisposition to learn and to do new things. One of Parker's greatest virtues is kindness, intelligence, sweetness, understanding, creativity, and respect. Personally, I felt like part of a family with her, and we shared an excellent sense of humor. Thank you for choosing us, Park

In my personal experience, during my time volunteering I had a very positive experience. I was able to learn about permaculture, gaining practical knowledge and a new way of seeing the relationship with nature. Moreover, the environment was excellent: people were very kind, always willing to help and share. Without a doubt, it was an enriching experience both personally and humanly.

The experience at the project has moved me in a surprising way; I came with no expectations about volunteering, and this has shown me other ways of living, of facing life and inhabiting with ownership and consciousness the space we live in. I came for two weeks and ended up extending the stay because I felt the time to learn everything Yani has to share was too short. It is a house full of magical beings, Zahie, her daughter, Churro, Chiflete, Shisha, and fauna—an entire cast.

Colleagues, we feel very good about Leydi; she is a warm person, she has excellent manners, and she is attentive to the requirements that arise in the space. Personally, I am very grateful for her energy in our space; she really gave us a lot of help and a lot of affection. It has been a great pleasure, and I hope you can welcome her in your spaces.

The schedule was four days of work with three days off. If we work outside, there isn't usually time to go out and explore, but the days are well balanced and there is a lot of dialogue.
Yani is warm, open, and creates an atmosphere of real closeness with group dynamics. She shares her knowledge and her entire network. She shared very valuable information and introduced me to workshops that interested me.
It was my first volunteering experience; she took me out of my comfort zone, but I felt very cared for and supported quickly, even when I got sick.
I learned a lot, and I had more fun. Thank you Yani for opening your home and your heart! ❤️

The experience in the proyeto was something wonderful, where I connected a lot with bioconstruction, which was one of the things that was taught. And besides that, I met a beautiful group where I felt very comfortable. And I want to thank Yanina, who is the one who welcomed me into her home, for the great experience and the great teachings I carry with me. I highly recommend it. Thank you
