I spent a wonderful month in the Donegal with Jo and Geoff! They are wonderfully experienced hosts and I felt that they really wanted the volunteers to enjoy their time in Donegal whilst there. They fed us well and were very reasonable with the amount work they gave us to do each day. I stayed in a cozy caravan, which was lovely and had the weekends off to explore and relax. I learned so much about organic farming and enjoyed all the stories Jo and Geoff told during mealtimes.

I had an amazing time staying with Jo and Geoff. They are incredibly nice and made me feel very welcome. I really enjoyed the work as well (feeding the animals, picking potatoes and other tasks around the farm). I would definitely recommend this experience and I know that I will miss all of the animals :)

I had the best time at the farm! Jo and Geoff are the nicest people you'll ever meet, they are welcoming, caring, good craic and make you feel at home straightaway. We spent everyday outside feeding the animals and helping with farm jobs, like tending to the vegetable garden and pruning hedges and trees. Geoff was so kind and patient when it came to explaining tasks and teaching us about sustainable farming practices. Jo is fabulous and a natural storyteller, we had some great conversations around the dinner table. Highly recommend this place!

I simply had the best possible time. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn so much about farm animals and organic farming. The hosts are incredibly experienced and took the time to explain everything, making it easy to understand and learn. They're also very politically engaged and have a strong commitment to social justice, which made the experience even more meaningful. I was treated like family from day one and enjoyed every single day. Thank you so much for such a memorable experience!
