My experience at the hotel was very positive. From the first day I felt very comfortable and well received. I had a semi-private room, with a shared bathroom among volunteers, and the work schedules were always respected, which allowed me to make the most of my days to tour Cusco and get to know a lot. The girls were very kind and patient in teaching me the tasks. As a suggestion, they could improve prior communication with the new volunteers and provide greater flexibility in using the kitchen. I take away a very nice experience and I am really grateful for the opportunity

I arrived on December 29 with the intention of spending the holidays in Cusco, but I ran into the worst host, arrogant, who doesn't listen or offer solutions. According to the volunteer proposal, it does not specify reception work or night shifts. However I had no problem taking the overnight shifts (11 pm to 7 am). The problem was that on the 31st he wanted me to help welcome the New Year and only for that day to take a morning shift, to which he replied that he would consult the other volunteers but no one agreed, and that forced me to work the early hours of the 31st, and I had to leave the hotel.

I had a great experience at this hotel, I managed to complete all the tasks requested and still enjoy Cusco and the most traditional tours around this city. The schedules and activities are well defined and carried out. There is a lot of demand, but it pays off in earnings. I also had a good relationship with the host and the other people who were in this space. Thanks for everything 😚
