We are located in Guarau (Peruíbe), on the southern coast of São Paulo, in a wonderful area of environmental preservation called Juréia Itatins Ecological Station. We rent fully equipped chalets inside a property full of recreational facilities and plenty of security. We are looking for volunteers who can help us, from operational tasks such as guest services, cleaning, organizing everything, to more specific help with renovation, painting, marketing, development, etc.

It was a wonderful experience!! The place is beautiful, the guesthouse is comfortable and cozy, it gives a feeling of being at home. Felipe is very polite, calm and assertive, communication was very easy and the days were light and joyful. The work is calm and simple. It was a wonderful experience, we loved our days at the guesthouse, they were calm and pleasant, immersed in nature and local beauty. The activities are easy to do, daily life is simple and light. We liked everything and hope to return soon. Felipe is very nice, flexible, attentive and polite, everything was perfect. The region is beautiful, rich in waterfalls, rivers, sea and trails. If you're looking for a transformative experience in the heart of nature, this is your volunteer opportunity! I did a second volunteering stint with my partner, and it was great staying at the guesthouse. Felipe lives in a paradise, and we really liked his energy, always ready to improve and learn. The tasks were easy to do. We had little time to see everything, and it was a bit far as well, but if you plan around the bus schedules (there are few, but they exist) you can explore the whole region. Guaraú didn't promise anything, and delivered everything! Note: bring insect repellent and appropriate clothing.
