Working with Guille is such a great experience! His place is very nice to stay in (just a few steps from the beach!). My tasks were very easy to do, and I felt comfortable doing a little more because I wanted to. I was also able to work on my own personal projects and have some fun with local people. Guille has strong leadership skills; he is open to addressing any requests from his volunteers, and he is also a very encouraging person.
I definitely recommend this place.

Overall my experience was good. The people I met were amazing and the working hours were flexible. Communication from Guille was a bit off though which was not very helpful, as a proper structure for the group was missing. It's really cool that you can take part in different activities like boxing, yoga, calisthenics. However, some things concerning the host didn't sit very well with me (especially co-living and household part) - which I did communicate. There's no balance between the work Guille puts in compared to what he expects us volunteers to do, which is sad and creates a weird dynamic.

I went to work on the website as a programmer and ended up contributing to things I didn't know I could do. For example, playing guitar while they were doing a handstand. Writing songs about calisthenics. I participated in the largest fitness fair in Spain. I learned new things about calisthenics, which was more than just always using weights. I learned to ride a bike, and my favorite moments of the day were going to the park to train and then taking a bike ride. 100 percent recommended if you like music, sport and the sea.
