A beautiful opportunity to get to know more of the local culture and see a part of Bali that you are not gonna find in the cities. Wayan and his wife received me with care and kindness. The food was great and I was lucky to be able to join two cerimonies in their family Temple. The kids are lovely, playful and kind. Would definetly recommend this experience. Ps: would recommend learning at least a little of Indonesian before arriving at the school; the kids speak very very basic english and it's hard to communicate most of the times. I'm really happy and grateful with what I lived here.

I spent three weeks with the school and her family, and it was the most beautiful experience of my life. the school is an amazing person. She taught me so much and made me feel at home from the very beginning. The children at the school are all so sweet, and the teachers welcomed me warmly from day one. To me, this is home. Here, I found my second family🙏🏻

I can honestly say this homestay with the school and his family has been a transformative experience. Everyone was lovely and welcoming. The food was delicious, the room was comfortable and clean, I always felt safe. There is good communication and the children are super sweet. If you want to experience local Balinese culture and authentic style of living this is an unbeatable experience. As a solo woman it was very important to me that everyone was so welcoming and kind. I couldn't recommend this experience more! Please consider this homestay, the children are so grateful and need the help!

The children are kind, respectful, and eager to learn and you have the freedom to plan and teach the classes your way, which makes the experience very rewarding. the school and her family make you feel at home, taking care of every detail. Their dog Chiqui is affectionate and keeps you company at all times. The meals are very delicious and they make sure to prepare them every day, and they also suggest activities like trekking, visiting beaches, or temples. I recommend this experience to anyone who wants to fully enjoy volunteering, feel like part of the family and get to know the local culture.
