My experience was great, I met incredible people, the host is a very cool cultural space and Aline is a person very involved with the community, she and I negotiated days and times, so I worked full days but took more days off and thus I could get to know the waterfalls better, the work was diverse and dynamic, I was very well received by all the people who passed through there, the only thing that was a little difficult was the communication before volunteering, but everything went well 💫

My experience with the host Redondo was amazing! 💛 Aline is very welcoming, flexible and dedicated to her restoration project and house of culture. The space is special, with a real immersion in local life. She respected my schedules and included me in several plans, in addition to showing me waterfalls and beautiful places. I leave with a lot of gratitude for everything I experienced with the host Redondo, especially for Aline. I highly recommend it!

The host is located in a beautiful host, surrounded by plateaus and very close to the Licuri and Raízes waterfalls, which are wonderful and great for swimming. It is a bit farther from Fumacinha and Buracão, but it's easy to get a ride. Aline is a great host, she knows the area very well and is always willing to share her local knowledge. I was there in an atypical time, with many events happening, which increased the workload a lot. Therefore, I emphasize the importance of aligning working hours well so that the exchange is fair for both sides.

The volunteering was incredible and satisfying. Very grateful to Aline, the citizens of Ibicoara, Bahia, the host family and the friendships I made there.
I am grateful for the teachings, the kindness and the work I had in Chapada Diamantina.
It was a privilege for me. Certainly, it made me a much better man.
Thank you very much for everything, a big hug and best wishes.

My stay with the host was excellent! The place is incredible, in the middle of the mountains, a beautiful spot. Aline was always very kind, always concerned with our well-being, very attentive, she also taught us a lot about the local culture and cuisine. The food, by the way, is always delicious. The tasks were in the kitchen, gardening, maintenance and we also created a garden. The host is near the Licuri and Raíces waterfalls and is on the way to the famous Buracão and Fumacinha waterfalls, but these two are farther away, we need to hitch a ride, which is easy around there.
