Do you love working with your hands, spending time in nature, and enjoying peaceful solitude? Solua, our off-grid farm and eco-retreat in Alentejo, Portugal, is looking for independent and motivated volunteers to help us create and maintain sustainable facilities on our land.

I had a wonderful time at the farm! It's a beautiful place, perfect for slowing down & connecting with nature. Tamir is a lovely, funny, relaxed guy, who has put his heart & lots of hard work into his home. The work was quite enjoyable, varied, chill, and flexible. Keep in mind that the land is very rural & usually very quiet.

El trato fue amable por parte del dueño sin embargo no tan hospitalario, íbamos un poco a ciegas y no fue lo que parecía en las fotos. Parecía que fuesemos les primeres voluntaries en estar ahí pues nada estaba organizado para ello, además el alojamiento no estaba en condiciones para quedarse 10 días. Cuando vimos el poco compromiso por parte del dueño y lo que esperaban de nosotres, consideramos que no era justo el intercambio y decidimos irnos antes.
