Roque and his family were very nice. They made me feel completely at home. I had a great time, also with the other volunteers. The volunteer accommodation is large and clean. The work was fun and the food was great. Definitely recommended.

I applied for a kitchen and bar role (25h/week). At first, everything seemed fine, but upon arrival there was no proper bed (improvised mattress, never replaced). Tasks and schedules constantly changed and exceeded the agreed hours. I was asked to clean bathrooms and do general cleaning, which was never stated in the role, and without proper equipment. Hosts contradicted each other, gave multiple tasks at once, and showed poor organization. After leaving due to these issues, I was unfairly marked as a no-show. Future volunteers: ask for everything very clearly in writing.

Volunteering at the accommodation is a great experience; I met very kind people like Roque and Brenda, who are the hosts, their family members and the people who collaborate with them at the accommodation; the place is very quiet; the food is very good; the activities are not heavy. Also, thanks to Roque and Brenda I had the opportunity to visit several places and towns near the accommodation. A good place to volunteer.

A really great experience! Luis and I felt very comfortable and welcomed with all the people we happened to meet, they showed us around and took us to many places that made our experience even more fun. The place is calm and safe, we loved having left our little mark in the beautiful lodging. We will definitely return soon to see how the lodging has grown!

It was a great experience, super fun, super comfortable, you can live very well in the accommodation, the food is delicious, the views are incredible, and you have fun with the hosts, their families, and the cabin's fellow guests, you always find something to do. The project is very interesting and you have a real impact on the environment, which little by little will help to improve the environment in many ways. It was my first volunteer experience and I overcame my fear, I liked it a lot and I felt very well received, everyone is very kind, respectful and they care about your well-being and that of the environment. Thank you!
