My experience was deeply enriching. I learned about coffee farming, culture, and personal growth. Marcia and Tuffi were like “tíos” they cared for me, taught me, and shared generously. They was a patient and wise mentors who guided me through every stage of coffee production and gave me the confidence to get involved. Amanda helped me improve my Portuguese and was always kind and supportive. Giovanni was essential from the start, his teamwork and support made my adaptation smooth. Bruna brought balance and organization when it was most needed. George and Joel were also great teammates. Thanks

Para mim, estar no sítio foi como receber um grande presente, especialmente depois de todos os outros voluntariados pelos quais passei. Aqui encontrei algo muito precioso: tempo, privacidade, segurança e liberdade. E, além de tudo isso, a beleza do lugar, que para mim será inesquecível. O trabalho no atendimento aos hóspedes e no preparo dos bolos o sítio especiais também foi realmente gratificante. Em muitos momentos, cheguei a me sentir mais hóspede do que voluntária. La experiencia en la granja fue excelente, el lugar destinado para los voluntarios es hermoso se cumplió con todo lo previsto, Marcia y tufi son muy buenos anfitriones y excelentes personas, nos compartieron todo sus conocimientos sobre café y la granja de la región, todo el equipo de trabajo del la granja es atento y predispuestos a colaborar en todo momento! Hermosa experiencia recomiendo 100%

Hacer un voluntario en el Cafetal es una gran oportunidad para adquirir nuevos conocimientos sobre las diferentes etapas del café, es un mundo nuevo!! El lugar es hermoso,los chales son súper cómodos y la comida es muy abundante. Márcia y Tufi son seres súper generosos y cada una de las personas que trabaja ahí tienen un corazón enorme. Nos llevamos los mejores recuerdos y nuevos amigos, en especial Lucas y Poly que compartieron mucho con Gracias infinitas!!

Foi minha primeira experiência com o WP e, sinceramente, não poderia ter sido melhor! A Márcia é muito atenciosa e cuidadosa com o bem-estar dos voluntários, e sempre esteve à disposição para tirar todas as dúvidas. O Tuffi me ensinou sobre torrefação e fez até um show de acordeão para nós! Todo o pessoal do sítio, Neide, Cris, Bruna e, em especial, Joel, Lúcio e dona Luiza, com quem trabalhei mais de perto, são pessoas de muita luz e me acolheram como um amigo de longa data. E os outros voluntários, Bruna, Poly, Romi e Martín, são pessoas que torço para reencontrar novamente!
