Shoutout to the Thai staff across reception, the restaurant, and the bar, who were always super friendly, helpful, and made work more enjoyable. The managers were also great—really approachable, supportive, and always willing to help no matter the situation. They created a positive environment and made sure everyone felt comfortable and looked after.

The pool parties are always so fun and entertaining, making every day exciting. Wonderful place right on the beach.! I met incredible people and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

It was an incredible experience! The complex is very large and has a hostel, a hotel, and villas. It also has a restaurant and two bars. You can eat for free at the restaurant twice a day and have any drink during your working hours. There is a room for volunteers, and the managers are super friendly and welcoming. Thank you for everything, the hotel!

I wanted to volunteer with Worldpacker atthethe the hotel in Thailand, and the experience was a real nightmare. While our one-month stay was confirmed via the app, just two weeks after our arrival, they told us that they no longer needed us and that we had to leave. We were two 19-year-old girls, with no money aside, completely destitute. I would never have imagined that a stay supposed to be structured would end in this way. I do not recommend this experience, it was stressful, dangerous, and totally poorly organized.

Most of the staff were very kind and friendly, the work schedules were respected, and the manager was extremely helpful and supportive during this situation. However, our experience with the host was disappointing, and we did not feel very welcomed from the beginning. We were asked to leave on the 15th for reasons unrelated to us, even though our original agreement was to stay until the 31st. We explained that our ferry was on the 17th and asked to stay two more nights, but it was not possible, so we had to unexpectedly pay for a hotel.
