Very grateful to have chosen this place to volunteer, I definitely could connect with the Costa Rican culture, both Sebas and Xime made us feel at home :) always willing to help. The communication was always clear both beforehand and during the stay, always very organized. The volunteering consists of helping with cleaning and reception tasks, it's a volunteering I did in a duo with my sister and there are times when there is more or less work depending on the season, we learned a lot and had a great time. The hostel is very comfortable and has a very good location :)

Dear Naiara,

We deeply regret learning that your experience with us did not meet your expectations.
Regarding your comment about the disorganization and the treatment you received, we take any feedback very seriously and are always open to improving. We never realized that the amount alleged to have been stolen was brought up with you on several occasions, and you didn't even know about it, which leads us to think that this never happened and is a lie meant to defraud us.
