The Experience

We, Murat and Sibel, have been a couple trying to explore alternative ways of living and in the year 2018 we purchased a 4 acre land and moved from Istanbul to a forest village in Antalya, Kaş. Our land is located on the mountain side of Kaş, on a secluded, peaceful spot within the pine forest. Our purpose is to live "consciously" as much as possible, be sustainable, grow our own food and be independent as much as we can.

Murat & Sibel are the most wonderful hosts that you could ask for. We were two people there and we had our own space at the containter, wich is good for being winter because you have good heating. We ate amazing, healthy, and delicious vegan food every day and we never lacked anything. They turned off to be our friends. We did quite a few plans and visited beautiful places around. The only difficult thing was not having public transport nearby, but on days off they always took you to the nearest bus stop or to town. Thank you for everything Mural & Sibel, you are an amazing couple!

Sibel and Murat have become our true friends. They were welcoming and attentive right from the start, and we felt at home at once. We had our own cabin on their land, so we had our privacy as well. We had meals together, which were so delicious! It felt like they welcomed us as their family. We spent most of our off days together, they showed us some of their favourite spots, and they also introduced us to their friends. If you choose to volunteer with them, you'll definitely not regret it, and you'll go on with a heavy heart.
