I spent 4 weeks volunteering at the farm and loved every minute of it.
Craig is incredibly passionate and works tirelessly for his dogs. He and the other volunteers were super friendly, welcoming, helpful, and open-hearted. The accommodation was cozy and simple.
The absolute highlight, of course, was the dogs. Every single one of them was loving, affectionate, people-oriented, and had a wonderful character. Working with them was so much fun and deeply rewarding.
If you love dogs, the farm is pure heaven.

My experience at Snow Dog has been truly special. Craig is a very welcoming host, the accommodation is comfortable, and the whole place has a great atmosphere.
But what makes this experience truly unforgettable are the dogs. They are absolutely amazing, full of energy, personality and affection. Being around them every day, seeing them run, play is something very special. You can really feel the incredible energy they have, and working with them has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

Waking up to sunlight peeking through the window, looking out at over 70 energetic, joy-bringing huskies, surrounded by boreal forest, lakes and rivers…the perfect little world for you to look after. Craig has a wonderful place here at the farm, providing everything you need to feel comfortable and with work that is satisfying and varied - there is always a new nuance of each dog to discover. He is a true guide, oozing with stories, patient in teaching and clear in correcting mistakes. You can tell he cares greatly about his dogs and his workers. Much love to the friends I made ❤️
